- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We are working issues out. I will update. My problem is the holding time I have spent over 10 hours. And they can't put notation on you ssn on there computers. Up side the do help a lot of people. To day is 4-18-17 I have been off work 2 months now. 56 minutes this go around. It took from 2-21-17 to 4-18-17 to get approval. Been off work 2 months it should not have been approved. Y'all should have approved it the first month. Y'all need to fix your phone I call on hold 30 + mins then it hangs up on me. Just got bill. Statement date 4-19-2017 payment due date 4-07-2017 how the hell is the payment do before the loan is done?By spence fitzhugh, June 22, 2017
